Jane has been selling financial services since the 1980's and focused on the retirement plan business since the early 1990's. Working for Fidelity Investments, she built a sales organization from 3 employees to well over 100. She also built a lead generation team from scratch to over 60 associates. Jane is well known for highly innovative sales approaches and processes. Her team produced over $3 billion in assets under management per year while selling no plan with greater than $5 million in assets. Jane's lead generation team produced over 3,000 leads a year in all sizes of the retirement plan market including the tax exempt market. Jane is a sought after leader well known for turning lead generation associates into salespeople.

Todd Jenkins has extensive financial services experience working with insurance and retirement plan sales. In his second year at Fidelity Investments, Todd was able to generate over $70M in new retirement plan assets while working in the less than $5M market. He used the same techniques that Acceleration Retirement provides to Advisors. His deep understanding of Advisors and sales make him an ideal strategic partner for progressive Advisors.
Victor leads all projects related to CRM Systems and Data Intelligence for Acceleration Retirement internally, as well as our advisor and provider clients. Victor spent over 15 years at Fidelity Investments, where as Strategic Marketing Analyst for our retirement plan focused division, he was in charge of our data, as well as the CRM that led to the success that our sales and marketing divisions experienced. Victor’s in depth knowledge of industry related data, data integrity, advisor technology, and workflow processes makes him an invaluable member of our team.
Sean has over 10 years’ experience in financial services. Having built and sold both successful wealth management and retirement plan books of business himself, Sean moved from New York to Dallas in 2012 to work with prospective Acceleration Retirement clients to build the most cost-effective and productive strategies, individually tailored to their needs.
Lynn came to Acceleration in 2012 from the private sector. As an entrepreneur herself, Lynn was the founder and owner of 2 very successful businesses that she ran in the Boston area for nearly 20 years. When Lynn began her career at Acceleration, she did so in the role of General Manager. She moved over to sales in 2013, utilizing her skills from her successful private ventures to help companies more effectively build a systematic process for consistent growth.

After starting at Acceleration as an Account Executive in 2011, Jeremy was promoted to Sales Manager in 2013 due to his ability to effectively lead the team, while maintaining a focus on quality and consistency. Jeremy spends the majority of his time managing the team, training and creating an atmosphere for success, while also spending a portion of his time on production. Jeremy has over 10 years of experience in phone sales, and over 5 years in financial services.
Senior Account Executive
Mark has been with Acceleration since 2010. As a Senior Account Executive, Mark handles a number of client relationships and is also involved with training and mentoring representatives on how to generate quality appointments. Mark spent over 20 years as a reporter in newspaper industry locally in Dallas, and has an incredible ability to ask the right questions which lead to gathering information that leads to quality appointments. Mark is a native of Seattle, Washington.
Senior Account Executive
Margeaux has been with Acceleration Retirement since 2011. As a Senior Account Executive, Margeaux owns a client relationships throughout the country and is also involved with training and mentoring representatives on how to generate quality appointments. Margeaux moved to Dallas from Wisconsin in early 2011 for the Account Executive position, and has been a consistent team leader in call quality and lead acceptance.

Jim has been with Acceleration Retirement since 2011. Jim is in the Account Executive role, and utilizes his 20 years of experience in phone sales, many of those years being focused in financial services. Jim has even managed call center teams in the past, and is a great partner for our clients in that he has an excellent understanding of what advisors are looking for in an opportunity.
