Jane has been selling financial services since the 1980's and focused on the retirement plan business since the early 1990's. Working for Fidelity Investments, she built a sales organization from 3 employees to well over 100. She also built a lead generation team from scratch to over 60 associates. Jane is well known for highly innovative sales approaches and processes. Her team produced over $3 billion in assets under management per year while selling no plan with greater than $5 million in assets. Jane's lead generation team produced over 3,000 leads a year in all sizes of the retirement plan market including the tax exempt market. Jane is a sought after leader well known for turning lead generation associates into salespeople.

Todd Jenkins has extensive financial services experience working with insurance and retirement plan sales. In his second year at Fidelity Investments, Todd was able to generate over $70M in new retirement plan assets while working in the less than $5M market. He used the same techniques that Acceleration Retirement provides to Advisors. His deep understanding of Advisors and sales make him an ideal strategic partner for progressive Advisors.

Acceleration Retirement generates quality retirement plan leads through employing experienced retirement plan experts. We know that typical business to business telemarketers are not successful in the retirement plan space. So, we have assembled a team that understands the retirement plan business. Many have sold retirement plans or aspire to careers in retirement plan sales. The core of our team was trained by Fidelity Investments. Our people make the difference.
-Gregory has over 7 years of financial services experience, five of those with Fidelity Investments. In addition, he worked exclusively with individuals for over two years, including high net worth clients. Also, he spent three years focused on business to business lead generation and sales. Gregory was 3rd in his organization in sales and generated the highest average plan size.
He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in marketing from the University of North Texas.
-Matt has over 5 years of financial services experience. During his time with Fidelity Investments, he specialized in generating leads in the above $50M market and tax-exempt space. In addition, he successfully sold plans in the small market. Matt also has business development experience from the Credit Union Services Incorporated.
He graduated with a BS in Political Science from Oklahoma State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Matt currently holds his FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
-George has an extensive background in the industry with over 5 years of experience working as a consultant with De Wolff, Bolberg & Associates and Advanced Profit Technologies. Prior to consulting, George worked as a registered representative with Cigna Individual Financial Services, and Grand Financial and Amerest Securities where he specialized in fee based financial planning and wealth management. Prior to his corporate experience, he was a self-employed independent insurance agent and financial planner licensed in the states of Texas, Oklahoma and Louisanna. George received a Bachelor of Art degree from Austin College.
-Dacyl has been in the financial services business for over 7 years, with four of those years working at Fidelity Investments. She worked in the retail side as well as her experience as a Financial Representative. Prior to her work at Fidelity, she was employed as a Registered Representative with Charles Schwab for two years. During the course of her financial career, Dacyl has gained experience in trade execution, dispute resolution, and training program development. She currently holds NASD series 7 and 63 licenses. Dacyl received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.
