Steve has been involved in the retirement plan business since 1990. As the Chief Marketing Officer for Fidelity's 450 million dollar Emerging Corporate Market, he managed a 60 person marketing organization that drove sales strategy, prospect intelligence, direct marketing, sales collateral and measurement. Their approach was so successful that Steve was asked to run Acquisition Marketing for Fidelity's 2 billion dollar Retirement Services Business. In that role he brought a similar approach to retirement plans of all sizes, defined benefit plans, 403(b) plans and non-qualified plans.
Jane has been selling financial services since the 1980's and focused on the retirement plan business since the early 1990's. Working for Fidelity Investments, she built a sales organization from 3 employees to well over 100. She also built a lead generation team from scratch to over 60 associates. Jane is well known for highly innovative sales approaches and processes. Her team produced over $3 billion in assets under management per year while selling no plan with greater than $5 million in assets. Jane's lead generation team produced over 3,000 leads a year in all sizes of the retirement plan market including the tax exempt market. Jane is a sought after leader well known for turning lead generation associates into salespeople.
Pam Dunsky brings 25 years of experience in technology, business process and program management and strategic and operational planning for firms such as Fidelity investments and LexisNexis. She has been involved in the retirement plan business since 2001. Pam was chief of staff for the retirement services distribution unit and successfully led the delivery of their first multi-year strategic plan and defined, planned and helped successfully deliver major programs to improve targeted business growth acquisition through the delivery of web based sales and integrated CRM solutions. She also led the delivery of client service models and client relationship management platforms that improved operational efficiency and client retention across all size client companies.

Lead Generation Manager Jordan has 7 years of sales experience with over 4 years of financial services experience. His financial services experience involved working both with individuals and businesses. He was highly successful generating 401(k) leads and sales for Fidelity Investments. During 2008, Jordan achieved 104% of his lead goal and was directly responsible for 28 new corporate relationships representing $18M in new assets.
Jordan has a degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. He also holds his FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Todd Jenkins has extensive financial services experience working with insurance and retirement plan sales. In his second year at Fidelity Investments, Todd was able to generate over $70M in new retirement plan assets while working in the less than $5M market. He used the same techniques that Acceleration Retirement provides to Advisors. His deep understanding of Advisors and sales make him an ideal strategic partner for progressive Advisors.

-Greg has over 10 years of financial services experience. He worked as a trader and supervisor for TD Ameritrade for 5 years. Greg also spent over 5 years with Fidelity Investments. He spent several years working successfully with individuals. Then, he moved to business to business sales. Greg was a top performer generating in excess of 100% of his goal for 401(k) and payroll leads.
Greg has a degree from Texas Tech University. He also holds his FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
-Gregory has over 5 years of financial services experience, all with Fidelity Investments. For over two years he worked with individuals including high net worth clients. Then he spent three years focused on business to business lead generation and sales. Greg was 3rd in his organization in sales and generated the highest average plan size.
Gregory has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in marketing from the University of North Texas.
-Matt has over 5 years of financial services experience. During his time with Fidelity Investments, he specialized in generating leads in the above $50M market and tax-exempt space. In addition, he successfully sold plans in the small market. He also has business development experience from the Credit Union Services Incorporated.
Matt graduated with a BS in Political Science from Oklahoma State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. He also holds his FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
